7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days when the product is available in inventory. The expected delivery timeline is 3–6 days, subject to courier serviceability and other circumstances.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from delivery. Return eligibility, personalized-product conditions, return-shipping responsibilities and refund processing are described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received or collected, inspected and approved, subject to the published policy and applicable law.
